DO YOU PROVIDE MUSIC FOR THE WEDDING CEREMONY?
I often provide music for ceremonies. Let me know if the ceremony is in the same area as the reception, or a different location. I'll handle it and happily share my ideas for processionals, recessionals and unity songs.
OUR COCKTAIL HOUR IS GOING TO BE IN A SEPARATE ROOM FROM THE RECEPTION. IS THAT A PROBLEM?
Not at all. I can provide an additional sound system which allows for uninterrupted music as your guests mingle and enjoy catching up over a cocktail.
WHAT TYPE OF MUSIC DO YOU OFFER?
My music library is suitable for all occasions and can be modified for any event. I feature over 50,000 track titles, and music is available from the 1940's all the way up to today's hits. I can mix your songs together effortlessly to make the music work for your entire guest list.
WILL YOU TRAVEL OUTSIDE OF missouri?
Yes. I’ve traveled frequently across the Midwest and have performed weddings/corporate events in Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, and Arkansas. I’m willing to travel to any other destinations.
CAN WE MAKE OUR OWN REQUESTS?
Absolutely. I encourage you to customize your event for you and your guests. Before your wedding, we can meet and discuss all of the music selections and details for your evening. I’ll use your playlist, and your DO NOT playlist accordingly. This is your event, with your agenda.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO YOU BOOK?
Generally speaking, I book usually six to eight months in advance. I’ve also booked events in under two weeks and as far out as eighteen months. Call me when you know the date you’re interested in, so we can talk about my availability.
WHAT KIND OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
I accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and cashier's check.
IS A deposit REQUIRED TO RESERVE OUR DATE?
Yes. I require a $100 retainer to reserve and secure your date. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your event.
WHAT IF, AT THE RECEPTION, WE WANT the dj TO PLAY BEYOND THE CONTRACTED TIME?
This isn’t a problem. I only book one event per day, so there are no time restrictions. Simply authorize the DJ to stay as long as you’d like. I can verify with the venue and continue the party! *includes additional fee*

Who is your ideal wedding couple and why?
An outgoing couple that has a strong vision for their wedding day.
What are some of your favorite songs to play at weddings? Why?
“Yeah!” by Usher, “Cupid Shuffle”, and unique songs that are special to the couple and their guests.
Do you offer any extras? (ie lighting, photo booths, etc)
Dance floor LED lighting equipped with lasers and strobes. I can also supply a fog machine as well for your event.
How would you describe your emcee style?
Charismatic and Upbeat. I make sure to let wedding guests know the schedule of events for the evening. I always keep everyone entertained and informed. When you hire me as your DJ, I get involved with the guests and provide a variety of game ideas to engage the party. (shoe game, scavenger hunt, etc.)
Do you provide wireless mics for the wedding ceremony?
Yes I do provide a high quality wireless microphone setup. I have handheld mics for speeches and lapel mics for the ceremony if needed.
How do you keep your music collection up to date?
I’m subscribed to multiple top online DJ pools to download music. I also have access to multiple music streaming services which allows for me play any song request on the fly if needed.
How do you work with couples to make playlists, do not playlists, etc?
For most couples, We usually meet in person before the wedding to nail down the itinerary for the evening. If they need help, I’m happy to suggest songs that fit their ideas.
Do you take requests the night of? Why or why not?
Yes, as long as I have approval from the bride and groom.
